    Beauty Tips!

    I'm pretty sure that this topic will attract every girls' attention!


    It's not alwayz what you born with, but rather wat u do with it. All u need is the right direction to the right beauty steps. No1 is perfect but there are alwayz ways for u to enhance your natural beauty and bring out the best of urself.


    Ok, let's cut it short! First of all, you need 3 basics to start it off!


    1. Sleep
    Everyone knew that by sleeping, it doesnt mean just resting our body. It can also give us clear and radiant skin! You need at least 8 hrs of slp per day. Trust me! I tried not slping at all for a day. N i look as white as a sheet!

    Note: It will be best if you are able to lay on ur bed by 9pm, latest 10pm. and wake up at 6am to 7am! Your body works best with this timing and it can helps to detoxic too! But to be v honest, i still havent adopt this slping method-yet!


    2. Eat
    Natural beauty is akin to an overall healthy appearance. Start with a better lifestyle. Your own attitudes and daily life reflects in how you look to others.

    Eat a proper, well-balanced diet. Food that's good for your body helps your internal organs function properly and shows on the outside as well. Hmm.. okok.. I know i know. Food like laksa, fried hokkien mee, and satay. How can u resist? The gd news is you can still eat once in a while, as long as not too much neither too late.

    Note: Get some exercises if you've been slacking off. I know is hard esp to those who are working. Aft a long day work, all u need is a delicious dinner and some quality slp. Mayb you can adopt exercises such as swimming. Swimming allows u to exercise and relax ur whole body muscles. You will feel fresh on ur next working day!

    3. Water
    Water plays a crucial role. For radiant skin, be sure to drink at least 8 to 12 glasses of water. Stay hydrated to keep your skin soft and supple.

    Note: Seal in water externally after a shower by applying lotion to damp skin. Esp aft a warm bath!
