My 5 tip top ways to maintain or even lose weight!
Hi Everyone I m back! Been so long since i last blog. Gonna do a brand new entry 4 a brand new year!
Sianz.. lately trying to clear some of my work. But CNY mood is still around! Cant help to feel so nua lei.. I am trying to blog but I am too tired to do so! I noe CNY is here & every1 should be munching happily away. Forgetting their weight & healthy concern! Here you go! 5 tip top ways to maintain or even lose your weight! (After all the sinful CNY goodies!)
1. Switch your soft drinks to plain water!
By switching ur drinks 2 plain water, u can save 250 calories per day. U must b thinking, what? 250 cal only? But dun ever underestimate this 250 calories! One mth equals to 7750 calories which is equivalent to 91,250 calories a year! There is approx of 12kg! (OMG!) U can try icy cold water to freeze ur brain! But if u r really those hardcore soft drinks lovers, try switching your regular coke to coke light! However, bear in mind that consuming too much of these soft drinks, is not very healthy for the body. Limit yourself to 1 or 2 cans per day!
2. Eat five or six small meals instead of three large meals per day!
Everytime tell urself how disgusted u felt everytime u had a full meal! Is all about psychological! Keep reminding urself! Keep repeating 2 urself. I tried it before & it works! I can tell you this method really works! Y? Bcos it works best on me! Lol..
3. Eat slowly!
When I mean eat slowly is really slowly lei. If time permits, try to slowly chew your food & taste your food. You will find that your food taste even better. Try not to eat the food when u r extremely hungry. Make sure you have sufficient time to finish the amount of food. Dun ever have a rush meal. U will end up eating more!
4. Use a smaller plate & serve smaller portion.
I always used this method when I dine at home. This is how I do. I will use a very small plate.. juz enuff to serve barely 3 – 5 tablespoons. I will den put a little veggie on my plate, making it as full as possible. So usually when I finished my meal, I wont take a second serving. This helps me to save 2/3 of my usual calories intake. This is a super method which I heart most!
5. Exercise regularly
U must be thinking, not again! But sad to say exercising is always the key to lose weight! So if u dun like to exercise juz like I, den u gonna enaged to a sport which you like. For me is dancing! I dance regularly to keep fit & it feels really good after a good sweat! Put aside just 30mins to do it. If you have more time, try to increase 5 mins everytime. If you are a beginner, juz anyhow dance. You can invent your own free style dance too! ;)
After revealing all my secrets on how I keep my weight, I hope it helps! The way u look solely depends on how you eat & control urself! Dun envy Fann Wong anymore! U can do it urself 2! Put in some effort & u will be amazed by the end results!
